IWantISK is a EVE Online based gambling site.  I've used it and made a couple Billion ISK over a couple of months. The site uses a leveling system and promo codes to give away free ISK

On Dec 18th, I took a Lvl 7 character who had a wallet balance of 470M all from promos.(with the exception of a single 10M deposit)  Over about 3 hours of raffles, I got him to level 10 and claimed all the lvl 10 promos left.  His final balance stands @ 900M!

UPDATE: I repeated the process again on a second alt.  Starting with a Level 9 character and ~440M, ended the day on December 19th with ~1.7 B ISK on this alt, and Level 16.  This alt had the same setup as the other.  All ISK on the IWISK account except the initial deposit was gained through promos, and then more than doubled in one raffle session.
