Pandemic Legion, long-time Nulli Secunda ally and N3 associate, has reset their relations to neutral with almost the entirety of the N3 coalition outside of the Drone Regions.
A source within PL provided the details of the reset:

Caladrius Alliance ( Dexsar, Nendo yama )
Misc.
Shadow of Honor. [Dead Alliance]
Explicit Advisory [Dead Alliance]
That's non-drones N3 renters. They are free game for subcaps, caps, supers and titans. We've also told N3 proper alliances (nulli, kadeshi, darkness etc) that we are now weapons-free on their supers.

PL pilots have been quick to take advantage of this massive swath of the galaxy being opened up to hunting. N3 capital ships are appearing on the PL killboard - here's just a sampling: Archon, Anshar, Archon. Ender Hawk of Sniggerdly has gone on a particularly successful spree.

Clearly, Pandemic Legion is planning on ushering in Phoebe with a bang. It remains to be seen just how their reset of one of EVE's largest coalitions will shake up the political map.

It seems that PL's intent to return to "fuck everything" merc group is rather clear as of now.  They seem to be as deadset as possible on shaking up the stagnation in NullSec.

Yet another massive battle in WH Space (J150020)

In a somewhat unexpected turn of events, HK, QEX, and other regular fixtures of wormhole shenanigans were involved in a fight which destroyed over 130 Billion ISK.  With the loss of 54 T3,s and multiple dreads and carriers means that HK and their allies had taken quite a heavy hit.

From what I could see HK had spent most of the previous days RF'ing towers in holes to secure a foothold in a certain area of WH space.  Along with the obvious intent of trying to find some fights.  And targeted the home system of NOHO close to DT.

To quote reddit user NoobmanHK:

Man talk about adrenaline. They logged and landed all around us. I burned downed a Moros with my 2 dreads. Over heating guns and reps. Died with both. Then logged in Noobman. Warped down to ForgetmyFace and started blaring primaries. I was switching fast as shit trying to wear their triage pilots out. Managed to snag a couple T3's kills under idk how many triage. Everyone one was dying around me.
Was fun
Way to catch us with our pants down after spending 7 hours Rf'ing 57 towers. haha our dudes were just about to go to bed.

The primary opposition against HK and it's allies was NOHO, being a quite well known WH alliance were able to deal quite the blow to HK.  Although given the jovial attitudes about the fight from those involved, the losses were well worth the fun.

Over the past few weeks, No Holes Barred had held suspicions of hostiles moving capitals into their wormhole, with the disappearance of wormholes at inopportune times, and directional scans that showed dreads on long range occasionally, but could not fully pin their suspicions down. Yet, on Friday at approximitely 04:16 server time, the veil was lifted, revealing that the groups E X P L O S I O N, Lazerhawks, and Hard Knocks as well had built up a sizable capital presence inside of the hole without NoHo realizing it, and began to lay siege to the entire system. The size of their forces was around a hundred and twenty five subcaps, with the primary purpose of maintaining of hole control, and eighteen capitals as well, mostly dreads and the like.

NoHo, who had barely fourteen people on at the time, chose to draw first blood by using Tornados to quickly pop a hostile Tengu before getting down to business, evacuating assets out of the POSes into external containers over the course of a few hours. Within seven hours, they had completed their initial goal of safeguarding their assets, during which, the hostile forces had been working steadily on reinforcing the dozens of POSes that had locked down the moons in the system. Also during this time, the dread group had split into two entities to better coordinate and reinforce the POSes around system while sixty of the subcaps maintained hole control. The NoHo capital and subcapital group under the command of Faye Fantastic and Sibasomos, sensing an opportunity, made the decision to utilize buffer fit dreadnaughts and go in to engage the targets.

No Holes Barred warped their capitals into the hostile fleet at one of the planets, engaging the dreadnaughts on land; the subcapitals of Hard Knocks and E X P L O S I O N attempted to return and engage the NoHo forces, supported by allies in Exit Strategy.., but were stopped bubbles which put them 110km off of their trapped dreads. Hostile forces attempted to send their other capitals in to support their trapped ones, but by the time they and the subcapitals made it down to where the first half of the cap fleet was, they were dead, leading to a wholesale slaughter of a lot of the remaining Hard Knocks and E X P L O S I ON ships.

While No Holes Barred secured the engagement handily, they don’t seem to harbor much animosity against the attempted evictors, expressing enjoyment for the goodfights that they had as well as mentioning that there would always “be rivalry” between the groups involved. Others, however, on Eve-ru. were less enthused, and angrily wrote posts about the fight that they participated in.

Black Legion stands against CFC in YA0-XJ

A skirmish has broken out in YA0-XJ wherein Black Legion stands against CFC on it's own.  And as one would expect, chaos has ensued.  Current totals stand at ~19 Billion ISK in losses for both sides. With 72 ships lost for BL, while the CFC has lost 278.  Nearly half the standing forces involved appear to have been destroyed.

(UPDATE: Since time of writing, it appears as though BL has been taking steady losses, with over 13 Billion ISK out of the 21 Billion total lost between both sides.)

It appears as though GSF members were ratting in the system when BL decided that it was time to jump on them and try to score a quick win.  The CFC reacted by trying to bring in overwhelming force.

Circle-Of-Two
Executive Outcomes
Fatal Ascension
Fidelas Constans
Get Off My Lawn
Goonswarm Federation
I Whip My Slaves Back and Forth
RAZOR Alliance
SpaceMonkey's Alliance
Tactical Narcotics Team
The Bastion

All these Alliances where arrayed against BL, and it appears that BL though losing in terms of ISK lost has scored a moral victory of sorts.By exploiting apparent mistakes by GSF members to bloody their nose in a staging system.  Although most of the CFC losses appear to be due to pilots reshipping and rejoining the fight repeatedly after being killed.

BRAVE vs PL in RNF-YH

In an alleged spur of the moment plan, BRAVE decides to try and bait PL into drooping supercaps in an engagement in RNF-YH. The battle report would seem to indicate that even though BRAVE took some considerable losses in terms of ISK  PL did indeed drop some heavy hardware.  So BRAVE in it's endless search for fights seems to have lived up to the moniker of the "punching bag" of EVE.

To quote reddit user Sillaan:

Hey guys. Figured I'd add this here for those of you who weren't there. X3n0s asked me to post this here.
Anyway, X3n0s is back. Thank God, consistent content. Anyway, after roaming around with him for a bit, Travis and I had the terrible idea to drop our Archons on the next engagement we got in. I fit a brick tank cyno raptor, and continued to roam with X3N0S.
I undocked my Carrier in RNF to prepare for imminent drops, and we noticed Jennifer Lawrence was in system (known Hurley alt/PL cyno lighter). I immediately rallied the troops in RNF and informed X3N0S, who burnt his fleet down to G-7 to stage just on the gate.

I warped to a Sansha Haven and began ratting in my Archon. JLo hit grid, zoomed around for a bit, and then warped off.

Everyone was on high alert. Dictors and Hictors we're bought and fit, X3N0S had Travis rage ping out to Brave, and we had confirmation that only Hurley was planning on dropping.

Unfortunately, being in multiple comms can be a bitch, and intel was leaked that we assumed it was going to be just Hurley. So, PL being PL, had 2-3 Supers on high alert.
Anyway, JLo hit grid on me again, and a Cyno went up. 3 PL Nyx's and an Aeon hit grid, and we all crashed into them with everything we had. Bubbles went up everywhere, L2azor hit grid with his Revelation, and Travis warped in with his Archon.
PL rage logged Supers, and a Nyx lit a hard Cyno. 26 other Supers hit grid, and promptly begain fucking everything up. Hurley cyno'd in, and DD'd Travis off grid immediately.
We kept suiciding in Dictors/Hictors, and almost had the greatest fight of our lives. But this is Eve. Things rarely work out the way you intend for them to, and we had to back off.

All told we lost about 6.5bil in Capitals and around 3bil in Subcaps. I fully reimbursed all losses.
It was some awesome fucking content guys.
