RAZOR Alliance Loses 2 Systems to Supercell

Phoebe seems to have opened up fronts for smaller alliances to attack. Supercell, formerly a renter alliance of Brothers Of Tangra and Shadow of xXDeathXx, are one of these alliances.
A week ago, RAZOR Alliance managed to capture HB-5L3 which connects Tenal to Cobalt Edge. Supercell, who live close to this system knew that it was time for them to stake a claim and plant their flag because their corporations weren’t making any revenue as they sat.
They knew that RAZOR would likely have difficulty defending the structures as they onlined, so Supercell started forming small groups of bombers. With these small fleets they started performing their ”Stealth-bomber terror”. SBUs that were in system were engaged and took damage with no retort from RAZOR.
Supercell decided that the SBUs weren’t enough and started look for something else to hit while RAZOR was either occupied elsewhere or was otherwise unresponsive. The TCU popped up into their minds and so they went to town.

They successfully downed the TCU with no answer from RAZOR. This kindled the alliance’s members’ bloodthirst – they wanted more. This excitement was focused into action; Supercell patiently initiated the construction of 60 battleships which they would use to reinforce the system’s IHUB.
Time passed and eventually the battleships came out of build with no sign of RAZOR coming to defend their holdings. Supercell members quickly bought the battleships off the market. The battleships were sold so quickly that, soon enough, they were able to field their latest fleet concept; a mix of Abaddons, Ravens and Dominixes with a wing of Catalysts as escort and additional DPS.

A fleet was formed, members joined and they all flew over to the IHUB preparing to fight a possible RAZOR defense fleet. They started attacking the IHUB, but again there was no response from RAZOR alliance….

The IHUB went into reinforced and Supercell members, who had previously seen themselves as just simple renters, began to see themselves as an alliance which can engage in sov warfare with one of the oldest entities in the game, and were now looking forward with dour-eyed determination, ready to do whatever it takes to capture a system they could call their own.

However, it didn’t all go Supercell’s way. While attacking the TCUs the alliance brought their battleship fleet with a wing of Catalysts as escort. Out of the 82 Catalysts that Supercell fielded they lost every single one and also managed to lose a Raven and an Abaddon. This was not to a RAZOR Fleet, or indeed any fleet. The losses came courtesy of a Minmatar POS Tower with a lone RAZOR Malediction pilot manning the guns.

I tracked down Dograzor, one of the Razor Alliance’s diplomatic contacts. They confirmed that two of their spare SBUs were destroyed but refused to comment whether they will defend against Supercell’s aggression or form to defend the IHUB when its reinforcement timer ends.

Whether or not this has anything to do with the recent loss of the Repercussus [-R.P-] corp, which included a lot of their USTZ members and one of RAZOR alliances’ main USTZ FCs, is something on which RAZOR would also not comment. However, until RAZOR field a fleet in the USTZ and commit to a fight we will not know how this has affected their alliance.

LEAK: RAZOR Alliance Loses Big US Corp

In the next couple of days Repercussus [-R.P-], one of the main US time zone corps in RAZOR Alliance, will be leaving.

This is a significant piece of information because members of that corp include Troyd23 (one of the sitting Troika), one of the <-RZR-> top US TZ military commanders and also one of the <-RZR-> head diplomats.
[-R.P-] also makes up a huge chunk of the current <-RZR-> US TZ and they most likely won’t be able to field as many fleets in that time zone without them. In fact, so far in November the corporation has been involved with over 23 billion worth of kills.
This is confirmed intel directly from the [-R.P-] corp leadership and their plan is to join Goonswarm Federation
The reason for the move is unhappiness over the current state of affairs in <-RZR-> and dissatisfaction with the organizational structure as a whole. I spoke to Dograzor, Diplomat for <-RZR-> alliance and he gave this statement on their behalf;1521102911_256
We are confirming that RP is leaving RAZOR Alliance on friendly terms, we will miss them and we hope that their decision works out for the best for all that are involved.
When asked about the reasons given by [-R.P-] for the move, Dograzor said that RAZOR Alliance would not comment on their internal affairs.
In my opinion Repercussus moving from <-RZR-> to Goonswarm will be a minor adjustment at most and will likely just involve switching comms and restationing with their fellow GSA corps. They will still be part of the CFC and have access to all that entails.
However if <-RZR-> are still trying to prove their prowess both in EvE and as a valuable full member of the CFC then losing this type of active USTZ PVP corp from their ranks will undoubtedly hurt. Whether or not this opens the gates for other corps to leave all depends whether the other corps in <-RZR-> are having the same type of issues that Repercussus has been having with <-RZR->.
ggggg
Also of note, the person who is responsible for maintaining and paying for all of the <-RZR-> online infrastructure is stepping down and will most likely be quitting EvE for the foreseeable future. This person is not a member of [-R.P-] and it is unknown who will be taking this responsibility in the future. Dograzor of RAZOR alliance could neither confirm nor deny this information.

Black Legion stands against CFC in YA0-XJ

A skirmish has broken out in YA0-XJ wherein Black Legion stands against CFC on it's own.  And as one would expect, chaos has ensued.  Current totals stand at ~19 Billion ISK in losses for both sides. With 72 ships lost for BL, while the CFC has lost 278.  Nearly half the standing forces involved appear to have been destroyed.

(UPDATE: Since time of writing, it appears as though BL has been taking steady losses, with over 13 Billion ISK out of the 21 Billion total lost between both sides.)

It appears as though GSF members were ratting in the system when BL decided that it was time to jump on them and try to score a quick win.  The CFC reacted by trying to bring in overwhelming force.

Circle-Of-Two
Executive Outcomes
Fatal Ascension
Fidelas Constans
Get Off My Lawn
Goonswarm Federation
I Whip My Slaves Back and Forth
RAZOR Alliance
SpaceMonkey's Alliance
Tactical Narcotics Team
The Bastion

All these Alliances where arrayed against BL, and it appears that BL though losing in terms of ISK lost has scored a moral victory of sorts.By exploiting apparent mistakes by GSF members to bloody their nose in a staging system.  Although most of the CFC losses appear to be due to pilots reshipping and rejoining the fight repeatedly after being killed.

Pre-Phoebe Null Sec Shakeup

In which we look at the rumors, announcements, and confirmed intel about how SOV-holding entities are preparing for the drastic force projection changes.

Matterall, one of the EN24 team, put this map together, with a rough depiction of how the predicted map of null sec should look post patch. It also includes areas of conflict along with which regions were bought and sold.

Northern Coalition. (Semi Confirmed)
NC. have made it clear that they will be looking at taking what is currently Initiative space. They have moved their assets into low sec, as well as spread strategic assets around New Eden. Expect them to attempt to hold their sov in the East, but should a large push by any entities come they will most likely not put much, if any, effort into keeping it.

Goonswarm Federation (Confirmed)

They have recently announced that they will no longer be interested in holding any of the current SOV below Fountain. They will be looking to tighten up the spread of current CFC alliances into the North West. Expect them to look at deployments for content at a later stage while keeping their fortress in the North west.

Pandemic Legion (Confirmed)

PL have already made a move to sell off half of their sov in the Drone Lands, they sold three regions to xXDeathXx for the price off three months’ rent, with a total somewhere around 150 Billion per region. Expect them to sell more SOV in the near future. Once they cut their ties with all their current SOV and all current blues PL will be looking to go back to their previous existence as a mercenary alliance, taking payments for wars.

Darkness & The Kadeshi (Rumor)

There are rumors these two groups have been mashed together in a manner of speaking.  Sort Dragon is rumored to be in leadership position.  This may indicate a combining of the two in the near future.   Assuming it's true.  Which it probably isn't.

Black Legion. (Unsure)

Black Legion. will be looking to find content post patch. Living near the CFC for long periods of time will be unsustainable, especially with the CFC’s consolidation plan. Currently BL.’s plans are unknown; expect an update on this soon.

Legion of xXDeathXx (Expected)

xXDeathXx have recently bought most of Pandemic Legion’s sov, they will also be getting more sov from N3 soon. Expect them to hunker down in the Drone Lands looking to both farm and rent it.  It could also be possible that some alliances may be looking to exploit the chaos of these resulting acquisitions to screw with them.

Nulli Secunda (Semi Confirmed)

Nulli Secunda will look to make a move for Delve after the patch. Expect NC. to spend the time taking it while Nulli continues to keep the CFC busy up North, until they eventually move to Delve and then hold it for the near future.

Soviet-Union (Rumor)

Their motives currently are a mystery. Many of the Russian corps shed by other alliances have joined with them, swelling their ranks. Expect them to actively fight HERO Coalition alongside Provi Bloc.

UPDATE:

The regions of Impass and Esoteria have seen a lot of Soviet-Union activity, with them actively taking N3 POS’s from the alliances who are currently deployed up north. Could this be an indication of their interests post patch? We will be sure to keep an eye on it.

Brave Collective (Unsure)

We expect them to continue the fight against Provi Bloc, whether not they will push for more SOV, or look to move South and take the vacant N3 sov we will have to wait and see.Although them grinding SOV seems unlikely.

Test Alliance Please Ignore (Unsure)

Test have had their ups and downs as a member of  the HERO Coalition. Their intentions are currently unknown; expect an update when we have more details

The Initiative. (Some Fact as well as speculation)

The Initiative. have recently announced that they will be losing all of their SOV. This will be a massive change for the alliance, who will either have to become a lot more dependant on the CFC as they look to move closer or look to go it on their own with their own deployments.

Razor Alliance (Unsure)

While we do not have much intel on Razor, Although some intel reporting shifting of assets suggests a push for holdings in Fountain.

The Gorgon Empire (Rumor)

There are strong murmurs that Gorgon Empire will look to take over control of Scalding Pass, making it their home base of operation.

Fraternity. (Rumor)

Fraternity are expected to make a move for Cobalt Edge, which is currently PL space. We could see combat break out over this region, although it is uncertain that PL will be fighting for it; it is also unlikely that Fraternity will go up against xXDeathXx for this region, given that their current standings are blue things may become unpredictable if they both look to take the same space.
