The game of SOV warfare has always been a tedious one for EVE players. Even the ones that enjoy it see it as a mostly boring affair with little action, or fun. "peace time", as it can be described in EVE is simply the lack of a serious threat to one's SOV. And it would seem that BRAVE, having now been temporarily relieved of constant Pandemic Legion assaults, has once again fallen into the cyclical nature of SOV

PL And HERO Brawl over Final HED-GP Timer
The battle over the final timer for the HED-GP IHUB that was coming out of reinforced, PL was ready, as was HERO. HERO was able to set dozens of bubbles on field around the PL forces as they landed on gird. Locking them down so the HERO caps and their massive subcap force could engage.
The initial PL force was comprised mostly of Navy Apocs and triage carriers. The typical large numbers of subcaps fielded by HERO brought overwhelming force against PL, meaning they lost several triage carriers and had to try and withdraw to reorganize for a short time. Especially after losing nearly 50 Navy Apocs.

HERO and PL brawl in HED-GP
As HERO and PL continue their ongoing skirmishes in Catch, another blow had been struck against HERO. PL has used its Supercapital superiority to capture the systems of U-QVWD, 1P-WGB, and after a spectacular battle F4R2-Q. It would seem that HERO is steadily losing ground to the seemingly insurmountable foe of PL. The dire situation was usually balanced out by HERO's ability to field larger numbers in their fleets, but the supercap aggression of PL looks to be unstoppable.

PL Titan Death in V-3
V-3 was the site of quite a large battle, and morale victory over PL. In which both a PL titan and Aeon hilariously died in B-3.
The fight in V-3 began when a PL Machariel gang was roaming in the system, was alerted that recently out of Reinforced tower was once again being targeted. The ships doing the targeting were 3 dreads. PL and allies quickly got bubbles on the dreads, and prepared to warp in a response fleet to clear them from the field. At this point, the Machariel fleet warped in and began the slow process of taking them out.
As the first Dreadnought went down, PL had an internal conflict over how to proceed. Some wanted to being in caps and supercaps, some wanted to just continue using subcaps. It was at this point that a well-known PL member ordered a cyno lit so they could bring their titan in.
This proved to be a costly mistake for Hurley of North Eastern Swat, one of the more infamous titan pilots in the game. As the Moros being targeted by the PL titan on field was tanked against their vaunted Doomsday weapons. The original pilot who ordered the cyno allegedly panicked, and caused enough chaos to allow Black Legion to respond with a mass of ships that materialized on field through a nearby wormhole and primaried PL and it's caps/supercaps. The situation was made worse for PL as HERO joined the fight with a force of subcaps.
It was during this time that the forces engaging PL were able to deploy cyno inhibitors. This was to block the return of PL forces that had retreated from the fight temporarily to regroup after the mass entrance of BL and BNI.
As PL forces died caught between 500 hostile pilots and the cyno blockade, a combination of rage and congrats filled the chat channels of all involved. The final value of the titan kill alone comes to ~146 Billion ISK.
NC. did also join the fight in the system and began clearing the field of HERO subcaps in short order. In what seems to be more of a search for content than a revenge for PL. The Aeon which died was caught by HERO tacklers on the way out of V-3, and quickly wiped off the field by a combined Black Legion and HERO response.
Over the several hours in the fight took place, HERO, N3, PL, BL, and many others warped into the system to shoot stuff. Several hundred ships have been destroyed as of the time of writing. I must say, the coordination and execution of this fight for most involved was incredible. This is what EVE is about. And judging from the fact that a lot of the pilots involved are in their first month of EVE, this bodes well for the future of finding good fights, and the game in general.

The Kadeshi Ravaged by PL and Lazerhawks
The Kadeshi lost two supercapital ships and several carriers in their home territory to a mostly Pandemic Legion (PL) Heavy Assault Cruiser fleet. The Kadeshi dropped on a roving band of pilots from the very large (and still growing) Lazerhawks Corporation, who are wormhole dwellers who specialise in PVP.
According to a Lazerhawks pilot, the roaming gang spotted an Aeon Super Capital ship floating outside of a POS. Kadeshi didn’t know they had been spotted but recounted that a neutral had popped into the system for a few seconds. The Aeon cloaked and left system but the Lazerhawks were intrigued. When Kadeshi carriers were spotted floating nearby, Lazerhawks returned to their base and changed into the favored Ishtars – Heavy Assault Cruisers with high drone DPS. They also sent a message to Pandemic Legion, complete with wormhole instructions on how to get to the area. Pandemic Legion began to mobilize a medium sized force. The counter attack clock started ticking.
The Lazerhawks moved to make Kadeshi commit their forces. They brought in 2 ramming battleships on the (likely bait) carriers and the Kadeshi reacted by lighting a cynosural beacon and bridging in an impressive ten strong super capital fleet with tackle support. The Kadeshi, feeling safe deep in their own territory, began to easily destroy the intruders. However their progress was not fast enough and Pandemic Legion emerged through the wormhole path supplied by Lazerhawks. Kadeshi were sideswiped by their former ally, as they swept into the fight and tied the Kadeshi supercapital fleet down.
The Kadeshi fleet defended itself by attacking the PL ships that held them captive, but the Heavy Interdictor Cruisers were being repaired too fast to kill. PL and Lazerhawks went to work and started to destroy the Kadeshi’s only usable weapon systems – their fighters. The capital fleet was trapped but safe now that enemy capital ships could not jump in from far away staging systems or fit through wormholes. They would be indestructible as long as they stayed together and within repair range.
Pandemic Legion and Lazerhawk knew this too, so they began to work on separating them one at a time to bring them down. After a Lazerhawks pilot, Replika who managed to survive the initial attack, used his ramming battleship and was able to repeatedly smash into an Aeon, eventually bumping it 70 kilometers from the pack. Known for their massive armor hulls, the Aeon could withstand a lot of damage. There was still hope, if it lasted long enough.
Knowing they had limited time, The Kadeshi scrambled a subcapital Tengu fleet, and their ‘brolition’ mates, DARKNESS. also tried to lend a hand, to destroy the enemy tackle and save their Aeon. Unfortunately the Tengu fleet was outnumbered and dispatched by the joint PL and Lazerhawk forces. They watched as the massive Aeon was slowly crushed under a hail of drone damage.

Bolstered by the success PL and Lazerhawks followed up by ramming a second supercapital, a Nyx away from the pack. It was annihilated quickly due to it having too many energy modules and not enough defensive tank modules fitted. The pilot of the Nyx had prepared for a different scenario than the one that was unfolding.

Hours had passed and the Kadeshi, mired like giant elephants in a tar pit, were being picked apart and eaten by a pack of hyenas. They came to an uncomfortable conclusion and reluctantly sent an SOS to the HQ of Northern Coalition. (NCdot). Their allies’ juggernaut capital fleet was stationed within jump range. This was a tough decision for Kadeshi. First, for needing help in their own back yard, and second for complicating NCdot diplomacy. NCdot and Pandemic Legion are allies – they cannot fight each other.
NCdot responded quickly, fully appreciating how fast their ally Pandemic Legion could bring down a capital fleet in the past and knowing that, even in Phoebe Pandemic Legion was still a force to be reckoned with and even in this new world of slow travel, they could not be underestimated. NCdot assembled pilots for supercapitals and carriers for a rescue fleet.
Pandemic Legion and Lazerhawks were tearing down their third victim, another Nyx. Lazerhawks had prepared and set up Mobile Cynosural Inhibitors which prohibited NCdot supers from landing directly on the trapped Kadeshi supercapitals. Sue to the Mobile Cynosural Inhibitors, NCdot was forced to jump part of their fleet to a ping over 200 kilometers from the battle. PL put up warp disruption field bubbles to block the NCdot capitals from warping into repair range of the beleaguered Kadeshi force. No shots were fired at each other, but they were wrestling over the fate of the Kadeshi fleet.
Finally, NCdot maneuvered around the PL forces and broke through to the battlefield, landing as the Nyx was deeply damaged. Repair beams lit up from the huge NCdot fleet, making any further destruction impossible. The Nyx was saved, as were the other seven supercapitals. Even with saving most of the fleet The Kadeshi still lost over 90 Billion ISK.
The Kadeshi leadership got an earful from Vince Drakon, leader of NCdot.

Battle for F4R2-Q HERO, BL., others vs PL Last Timer W/ Video
The final timer on the 4FR2-Q was the site of a major battle between PL and HERO. The battle started over a combination of 4 PL SBUs and timers in the system. HERO decided to split it's forces and attack multiple SBUs and hold some in reserve. As well as anchoring it's primary subcaps on the main gate which PL was moving through. Inf fact, HERO had the numerical advantage in terms of subcaps, which no doubt contributed to both being able to hold PL at bay to a degree, and the losses suffered.
The primary engagement away from the gate was at the SBUs. Wherein PL laid a trap of sorts, and HERO walked right into it through sheer bad luck. At least 2 Ragnarok titans flown by PL jumped in on the SBU ahead of the main PL force, and HERO responding by dumping dreads onto them. While at the same time a second dread force was engaging the second SBU.

Providence Bloc Loses Another Skirmish Over the D-GTMI System
NC. took the system in May to facilitate rapid fleet deployment across it's rental holdings and the Delve region. Thsi was originalyl part of a plan to take Delve by force, but was largely abandoned due to the force projection changes of Phoebe.
ProviBloc used this chaotic time after the patch to launch and op against the system, deploying SBUs on Nov. 4th. reinforcing both the Infrastructure Hub and the Station, in order to reclaim the lost system. While sources within Northern Coalition(dot) claimed the system held no strategic importance anymore, they did say that the Alliance would form for convenient timers.
D-GTMI system, Providence region. On the 9th of November, 22:30 EVE Standard Time, Providence Bloc clashed with Northern Coalition(dot) to decide the fate of the system, which was lost to Providence earlier in May.
One such timer was on the 8th of November, 14:00 EVE Standard Time, when Providence Bloc’s Tengu Strategic Cruiser fleet, seventy pilot strong, engaged an Ishtar Heavy Assault Cruiser fleet belonging to Northern Coalition(dot), at sixty pilot large. The fight, mostly carried on the T-RPFU Gate, saw Providence Bloc lose decisively to Northern Coalition.
Battle Report for the 8th of November can be found here.
On the next night, the tables were turned. AS a 170 strong Ishtar fleet against 150 Tengu pilots of NC.. NC took position on the T-RPFU gate and waited for Provi. Provi however elected not to jump into the gate camp and tried to lure NC onto the opposite D-GTMI gate after deploying their fleet there.
NC. very quickly obliged the Provi forces. The resulting skirmish was very short lived. After a few opening kills against Tengus were scored while NC. organized, as soon as they anchored up, the tanks held firm and focused fire wiped considerable Provi forces from the field.
This was exacerbated by an 80 pilot PL Tengu fleet with bomber support that jumped in to join in the fun. This meant Provi very quickly retreated and conceded the system.
With Providence Bloc soundly defeated, Northern Coalition(dot) turned its attention to the Sovereignty Blockade Units deployed in the D-GTMI system and removed them, extracting safely.
Battle Report for the 9th of November can be found here.
The T-RPFU system hosted at the height of the battle four hundred and sixty pilots, with Time Dilation peaking at 72% but playing no major role in the fighting. Providence Bloc lost a quarter of its fleet, forty ships, for five billion ISK in damages, compared to Northern Coalition(dot)’s thirteen and two point six billion respectively.
Though the Infrastructure Hub was destroyed the day after, the fight over the sovereignty of the system is far from over. With the reputation of Providence Bloc and their recent success in the Northern Catch war, it is not so much a question of whether or not the system will be re-claimed, but what the price will be for its eventual return.

PL and HERO continue their slapfighting
November 10 in the system of B-3QPD, PL and HERO scuffled over an I-Hub armor timer in the system. This marks yet another large-scale engagement in the hostilities between HERO and PL that truly began in earnest with the battle in U-QVWD which PL claimed the system for themselves.
This most recent engagement saw the deployment of a sizable HERO mixed defensive fleet engage first with PL subcaps, which really came down to a stalemate after several hours. Mostly due to the cohesion of HERO forces and the lack of overwhelming force on the side of PL.
Even though throughout the length of this engagement, HERO lost more in terms of numbers, the stake of the fight at the loss of another system seemed to steel their determination to stop PL from popping the hub.
After holding the line for a considerable length of time, PL brought in T3 supported by triage assets to try and tip the balance. This was again met with considerable resistance from HERO. The coordination of logi from HERO acted as a powerful anchor for their forces that kept their weaker pilots in the fight, and allowed them to buy more time to hold PL at bay.
PL then took a serious hit when many of it's T3s were hit with sensor dampening from HERO. Who planned their compositions well enough to nullify much of PLs advantage. This brought an even more crushing standstill to the fight as PL lost it's triage.
The inevitable response of PL supercaps was slow to materialize, blamed mostly on Phoebe force projection changes combined with extremely effective bubbling by HERO support forces, and as a result by the time PL landed it's super cleanup crew on field, HERO had already evac'd.

U-QVWD PL v. HERO Brawl
Earlier tonight in the system of U-QVWD, BRAVE suffered a loss primarily at the hands of PL. Pandemic Legion has long been touted as boogieman of sorts on the Brave subreddit, and it seems tonight Pandemic Legion my be starting to materialize as a threat to HERO SOV.
Hours before the battle began in earnest, Brave had been rallying the troops. And managed to muster an impressive showing, with many alliance on the HERO side showing up to try and defend the TCU and the system in general. But as PL and other large player alliances/coalitions are known to do, as a fight escalates they begin to drop supercaps on grid. This is exactly what transpired tonight. Despite nearly 600 HERO pilots involved, and comparable numbers in the opfor, once supers landed an evacuation became necessary. As it would quickly result in a loss anyway as the pro-HERO forces lacked adequate capitals and supercapitals to counter PL's show of force.
However, in typical welp fashion, no tears were shed. The attitude of HERO members on Reddit seems to indicate a positive attitude about the fight, even given the grim prospect that the trend may continue.
Although in terms of ISK, the 50 Billion ISK loss was fairly even split between both sides.
With the hype around saving the system combined with the first showing of Dominixes, HERO Coalition had a massive turnout for a Thursday night timer. Combined, HERO Coalition had around 400 in system including 140 BS hulls, 80 Logistics, 3 Triage, and a comically frustrating 70 Maulses. Quite the haul for a first time fleet. As HERO were doing fleet maneuvers in GE and organizing their fleets, PL started to form by getting people into fleet and deciding which doctrine to take. With limited numbers, and given the disgusting number of damps on the side of HERO, PL dusted off their Rokhs for a good ‘ol fashioned brawl. Not nearly as effective as a T3 doctrine, though always good for a bloody fight. HERO would not be able to build a castle out of all the Rokhs that were about to throw at them, but PL were up to the challenge. With ~110 in fleet and only minutes before the timer came out, PL moved out and raced HERO into system.
The paltry three-jump trek from HERO’s main staging was agonizingly slow for the already lumbering space potatoes – jumping the gates caused a noticeable amount of TiDi for the poor HERO fleets. PL, meanwhile, were able to bridge next-door to the system, along with and handful of Triage and Blapdreads, and take the gate into the cyno-jammed system before HERO could get in and secure the gate. A few minutes after getting safe, HERO arrived at the gate PL had come through and began setting up their various fleets. After about five minutes of posturing, PL warped in on the HERO Domi fleet and the two began to exchange blows. In spite of the Phoebe power projection changes, HERO and PL were not alone. They were joined by a 70 man Nulli Ishtar fleet, and a 40 man CFC bomber fleet.
As a result of the HERO Dominix fit, which traded DPS for tank, PL were winning the early fight making ridiculous ten-to-one trades. Even with friendly triage on grid, the initial positioning of the fleets was disastrous for HERO. Correctly identifying the problem, the HERO fleet went for a very brave maneuver: they abandoned their second set of drones and MJD’d straight into the PL fleet. This tactic left the HERO Triage carriers out of range, and crucially made HERO trade their only escape – an MJD – for better positioning. The gamble paid off, and HERO fleet managed to apply their ewar and neuts to the numerically inferior PL fleet. The trades were getting better, though HERO were feeling the pain of ditching their Triage. Still, they were in it for the long haul. The PL Rokhs were beginning to feel the cap strain, as were the handful of Triage and Dreads. Slowly but surely, HERO were gaining an upper hand.
Right as the fight had reached this turning point, a new variable was added: CFC bombers. DBRB bombed the PL Rokh fleet, and part of the HERO Domi fleet, causing fires to flash up on both sides. HERO lost a small, but noticeable, chunk of their fleet to these bombs. PL, taking the brunt of the bombs in a ship that is very vulnerable to bombs, were crippled. Having lost most of their DPS to the bomb run, PL no longer had the critical mass of DPS required to exchange blows. Those few who remained MJD’d to safety.
Chaos, by definition, is indiscriminate. While PL were getting ravaged by the bombs, HERO had eaten two of the waves themselves. To avoid a similar crippling loss to a second flight of bombs, HERO MJD’d out of the bubbles and perched on the grid to finish off what was left of the PL fleet. This time the greedy decision to trade an escape for positioning was costly. This time a PL bomb run landed on the HERO fleet and completely decimated what remained of the Dominixes. This left Nulli Ishtars, CFC bombers, and the hero EWAR&Tackle fleet against the PL Triage/Dreads.
PL are quite accustomed to crashing down, though they come back every time. Without panicking, PL brought in the backup of repping carriers and DPS fit super carriers with the intention of reinforcing what was left of their fleet. Since the fight took place on the regional gate between Curse and Catch, these DPS supers would have been deadly in the fight. But where’s the fun in that? After finishing off a PL Dread, the Nulli Ishtars scattered along with the HERO tackle fleet. With four hundred warm bodies still eager to fight on the side of HERO, PL tried to cajole them to reship by threatening the sov of the system. HERO were still licking their wounds and had not yet considered reshipping, and the PL DPS supers did perhaps too good a job on the IHUB, melting it down before HERO had time to catch their breath. Whoops.
Assuming there would be a second fight over the TCU, PL waited out their fatigue and reshipped into a less intimidating skirmish Muninn fleet. HERO had a 90 man Moa fleet, supported by a small FAF (Interceptor) gang, poised to fight – presumably over the lone onlining TCU. Following the theme of the day, HERO Moas – which were being guarded by screen bubbles and interceptors – traded safety for a more aggression position. They perched onto the tail end of the PL Muninn fleet and, predictably, ate bombs to the face. It wasn’t pretty. After a bit of cat and mouse, HERO were spent and PL returned home.
Despite the small changes, when it comes to BS fleets it would seem as though bombs never go out of style.

BATTLE REPORT LINK
Although I have to say, I don't think PL or anyone is invading Catch right now. That may become a very real event in the next 3 months, but as there is still a lot of shuffling and confusion about how the game will truly react to Phoebe, there doesn't seem to be a huge push to invade Provi or HERO with any concerted effort. This seems much more like an attempt to generate a few days worth of content. As other groups force them to lose and then retake SOV,
Hours before the battle began in earnest, Brave had been rallying the troops.
Alright, time to face it: Today we had an good showing, lots of people in fleet and (from logi-perspective) it looked kinda good. Sure, we lost some guys, but we hold the field really long (and imho won the subcap-fight without nulli). And after all this, PL just rolled in supers and got the objective: we lost sov, no tears, just a fact. But what I am wondering: Why even bother fighting PL? I mean, it doesn't matter what we do - if we win the subcap-fight, they will get supers and win - if we loose the subcap-fight, they will probably also get supers and win, too. So why even give them a fight? Why wasting so much isk on spr if we loose anyway? If they want to take the space, they are obviously going to take it. If they did not want it, they would not have used supers.
And maybe Pl wants catch, who knows? We are one of the two entities left, they are able to fight (goons too strong, n3 too strong/blue, xXXx nap, provi left to fight (but recent customer)), so of course they are going for it. An alliance without a goal or enemy would collaps, so they need an objective. Defending their old space is not really possible, since they dropped it, so what is left? We.
tl;dr: We lost, supers op, why even bother fighting? Join goons?
edit: I won't deny, that I really enjoyed the fight, but the outcome is frustrating.

Nyx's get nixed.
In a rather unfortunate turn of events, two spuercaps died within hours of each other. Mostly due to poor tactical choices by their respective pilots. One BL Nyx was downed by a bomber run in Nakis.
The travel fit Nyx was hit by a mixed groups of stealth bombers in Nakis on Oct 30th. The most embarrassing thing about this kill is the complete lack of any substantive tackle on the attacking fleet's side. Which leads one to wonder how this even happened.
To quote the apparent owner of the ship:
And just to pour some salt in the wound. . .
Nyx 2 was even stranger. A Nyx was sitting on a POS in GE- apparently with no FF on the POS, and even though the Nyx was fit for combat, it lacked any serious protection in the form of bombers, drones, or subcap support. And was just happily camping out assigning fighters. Not that any of that matters when you get dropped on by a dozen titans of various makes. It seems PL wanted to exploit a golden opportunity to cause some chaos in one the most infamous systems in Catch for lulz.

PL and CoW brawl in LowSec
In the system of Uanzin, several Cult of War Supercaps were lost to a massively overwhelming PL op.
Although small in terms of actual value lost. This just goes to show that PL are committed to finding content wherever it lies.
A mixed force of PL capitals and subcapitals were able to entrap the CoW ships in a brilliant mix of luck and timing. CoW was apparently moving supercaps out of it's home in Insmother through the Derelik region. Ostensibl;y with the purpose of redploying assets to support N3's gains in Delve and Querious.
PL scouts had spotted the small force moving through and set an ambush in the system of Uanzin. And as the supercaps were moving through they sprang the trap. All of the CoW ships were lost in quick succession.

Black Legion./N3/PL vs. CFC in 4-ABS8
CFC and allied BL., NC., along with PL forces skirmished in a string of systems on October 28th.
The battle started in 4-ABS8 and as it progressed spilled over into J-CIJV
BL, Nulli.and PL have been seen hunting together in search of good fights, quite a lot recently. This was no exception. A long term CFC presence in 4-ABS8 system in Pure Blind was the target of a coordinated strike from the opposition late Tuesday night.
With 4-ABS8 being within a few jumps of both highsec and lowsec, it has always been a system that people pass through on their way through certain areas of null. Pure Blind being right in the heart of GSF SOV, it's no coincidence that anti-CFC forces struck there.
The fight began when NC. and PL forces moved into the system presumably from a lowsec staging point, And as more CFC forces came on grid, BL was called in to help.
The fight kicked off when CFC and S2N forces arrived on grid with the J-C stargate at roughly the same time: the CFC Tengu fleet landed at zero, while the S2N Cerberus fleet landed at a perch. Reagalan ordered interdictor bubbles deployed between the two fleets to keep S2N from retreating to J-C, and his fleet maneuvered to the side so that he could warp on top of the hostile force. S2N beat him to the punch, and the fight started when the S2N Cerberus gang warped in on him at zero. Antimatter was loaded in the CFC Tengus, and the order to tackle everything was given just as the CFC Cawk fleet, numbering approximately 100 pilots, arrived on grid about 50km away from the Cerberuses. Heavy losses among the Cawk fleet ensued, as dozens of assault frigates charged headlong into the fire of Rapid Light Missile Launchers to swarm the Cerberus gang and pin them down. Another broadcast went out to CFC jabber services for a Celestis fleet under Lemba.
As the fight escalated and the anti-CFC decided to evac it's forces, the battle was rejoin in the nearby system of J-CIJV when they were caught in gate camps. With both sides suffering some major losses. With several hundred pilots involved at the low end, the number and value of ships lost overall is a staggering more than 600 ships and ~70 Billion ISK.
With all the changes in Null recently, from Kadeshi and NC. seizing former CFC SOV, and the BRAVE/PROVI war being called off, it was only a matter of time before someone tried to pull a mass op against the CFC to try and capitalize on their withdrawal from PB, Querious, and Delve.

HERO and PROVI Call For a Truce
As the changes of Phoebe loom on the horizon and the major Null entities get ready for the inevitable clusterfuck, HERO and PROVI have attempted to end the border dispute that has since become a proxy war involving PL, N3, RUS, and others.
An allegedly leaked image above details the agreement between the two groups.
Some may have enjoyed the progression of the dispute took over the recent months, but it made perfect sense that this would happen at some point. Catch will be a very hot target in the coming months after Phoebe as more groups look to join the "fun" in Null. And holding what they have should be the primary concern.
I'd bet my bottom dollar that we will see both groups pour resources into capitals and supercaps for the coming weeks. And with PL returning to it's roots as a "burn it all" merc group, we may see a very big dustup between them and HERO soon.
Another interesting point is how both groups will seek to define the common enemy portion of the agreement. And whether or not it leads to seriously bad outcomes for either.

PL Resets S2N & Other N3 Alliances, Kills N3 Caps
Pandemic Legion, long-time Nulli Secunda ally and N3 associate, has reset their relations to neutral with almost the entirety of the N3 coalition outside of the Drone Regions.
A source within PL provided the details of the reset:
PL pilots have been quick to take advantage of this massive swath of the galaxy being opened up to hunting. N3 capital ships are appearing on the PL killboard - here's just a sampling: Archon, Anshar, Archon. Ender Hawk of Sniggerdly has gone on a particularly successful spree.
Clearly, Pandemic Legion is planning on ushering in Phoebe with a bang. It remains to be seen just how their reset of one of EVE's largest coalitions will shake up the political map.
It seems that PL's intent to return to "fuck everything" merc group is rather clear as of now. They seem to be as deadset as possible on shaking up the stagnation in NullSec.
A source within PL provided the details of the reset:
N3 Renters [Non-Drones Holdings]

That's non-drones N3 renters. They are free game for subcaps, caps, supers and titans. We've also told N3 proper alliances (nulli, kadeshi, darkness etc) that we are now weapons-free on their supers.

BRAVE vs PL in RNF-YH
In an alleged spur of the moment plan, BRAVE decides to try and bait PL into drooping supercaps in an engagement in RNF-YH. The battle report would seem to indicate that even though BRAVE took some considerable losses in terms of ISK PL did indeed drop some heavy hardware. So BRAVE in it's endless search for fights seems to have lived up to the moniker of the "punching bag" of EVE.

To quote reddit user Sillaan:
Hey guys. Figured I'd add this here for those of you who weren't there. X3n0s asked me to post this here.
Anyway, X3n0s is back. Thank God, consistent content. Anyway, after roaming around with him for a bit, Travis and I had the terrible idea to drop our Archons on the next engagement we got in. I fit a brick tank cyno raptor, and continued to roam with X3N0S.
I undocked my Carrier in RNF to prepare for imminent drops, and we noticed Jennifer Lawrence was in system (known Hurley alt/PL cyno lighter). I immediately rallied the troops in RNF and informed X3N0S, who burnt his fleet down to G-7 to stage just on the gate.
I warped to a Sansha Haven and began ratting in my Archon. JLo hit grid, zoomed around for a bit, and then warped off.
Everyone was on high alert. Dictors and Hictors we're bought and fit, X3N0S had Travis rage ping out to Brave, and we had confirmation that only Hurley was planning on dropping.
Unfortunately, being in multiple comms can be a bitch, and intel was leaked that we assumed it was going to be just Hurley. So, PL being PL, had 2-3 Supers on high alert.
Anyway, JLo hit grid on me again, and a Cyno went up. 3 PL Nyx's and an Aeon hit grid, and we all crashed into them with everything we had. Bubbles went up everywhere, L2azor hit grid with his Revelation, and Travis warped in with his Archon.
PL rage logged Supers, and a Nyx lit a hard Cyno. 26 other Supers hit grid, and promptly begain fucking everything up. Hurley cyno'd in, and DD'd Travis off grid immediately.
We kept suiciding in Dictors/Hictors, and almost had the greatest fight of our lives. But this is Eve. Things rarely work out the way you intend for them to, and we had to back off.
All told we lost about 6.5bil in Capitals and around 3bil in Subcaps. I fully reimbursed all losses.
It was some awesome fucking content guys.
